Hjörleifur Stefánsson

Hjörleifur Stefansson is an architect and writer of books about Icelandic building tradition. Among his projects are modern design and restoration of listed buildings , archaeolgical exhibition and earthern sculptures. His latest book which is named AF JÖRÐU, (FROM EARTH) deals with the traditional earthern architecture of Iceland, i.e. houses made of turf.
