I have been working as dramaturge, a playwright and a screenwriter since 1984. Before that I studied in the Theatre Academy of Finland. I have written for theatre, film, radio and television and worked also as a dramaturge and writer for childrens dance theatre and Finish National Ballet.
My latest work (2017) as a screenwriter is a radio series of 30 episodes each lasting 20 minutes called Iiris and the Temptations. I was also the main screenwriter of a film, Princess (2010). For the Finnish National Ballet I have worked as a dramaturge in the Snow Queen (2012) and Kalevanmaa (2017). For theatre my latest work is Armi (2012) for the City Theatre of Helsinki. For Finnish Radio Theatre of YLE I have written more than 15 radio plays.
I live and work in Finland, in Helsinki. One of my hobbies is that I study Italian language.
